Shipment Protection

💢️ What happens if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged? 💢️

Each year, approximately 1.7 million packages are lost or stolen in Ireland, causing significant financial losses for businesses. While some retailers and shipping companies are taking steps to prevent package theft, much of the burden still falls on the consumer.

If you purchase our Shipment Protection:

We will file a claim with the shipping company and send out a replacement item within 24 hours (business days) to you. Instead of waiting for the shipping company to complete their investigation, we ship your replacement ahead of time. Our team will handle the claim and work directly with the shipping company. The shipping company will proceed with their investigation as usual and may contact you for additional details.

If you do not purchase Shipment Protection:

We will file a claim with the shipping company and initiate an in-house investigation. We require 3 business days (Mon-Fri) to conduct the in-house investigation. If you are concerned about theft, please purchase Shipment Protection or use a business address or another safe location for delivery. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or mis-delivered packages.

This version now uses Shipment Protection instead of Shipping Insurance, as requested.
